The North Hunt project had the first official partner meeting in March 2008 in Kuopio Finland. The meeting was successfully hosted by one of the national co-operation partners from Finland:
Savo Consortium for Education (www.sakky.fi). In this first meeting the aim was to design the project activities in the practical level and create an implementation plan for the future. During 2,5
day meeting surrounded by a snow storm in Eastern Finland the partnership improved the details of the tasks ahead for the next three years. Also a Steering Committee was selected to oversee the
activities. The responsibilities were divided among the project partners to ensure the best knowledge for each task of the project. All partners will contribute to the communication and work done
with the interest groups related to hunting tourism. Therefore, all the partners are more than happy to give further information on the upcoming activities and the project itself.
